In our ten years as running as a company (thank you for the birthday wishes), we think it’s fair to say that this has been our biggest year yet.
And considering the great years we’ve had in the past, that is a testament to how good the year has been.
We saw enough growth in 2016 that we took on another full-time member of staff and moved into our new offices at the Shrewsbury Business Park.
On a personal level, our Director Pete Sims was able to move himself much closer to his office, in fact, 61 miles closer to be precise, as he said goodbye to the 2-and-a-half-hour commute to the office every day and hello to the much more convenient 2-minute walk to work.

From a business perspective we have retained work with some of our most valued clients whilst also taking on some new and exciting ones.
We had the honour of obtaining a contract with the Department of International Trade to showcase the work they do with businesses across Shropshire and Herefordshire (click here) as well as filming with the local Shrewsbury Colleges Group again.
We’ve also taken to the skies as Pete earned his Drone Certification, meaning we are now fully qualified Drone operators. (Click here)

That qualification certainly came in handy when we travelled down south to capture everything beautiful Plymouth had to offer. The weather gods were smiling on us that day.
The year culminated in us creating the Shrewsbury Christmas video. Something we are extremely proud to put our name to. It’s always been our dream to make a video like this for the Town we love so much. (Click here)
Despite the heavy work load, we’ve also found time to give back to our local community.

We’ve continued our partnership in working with Shrewsbury Town in the Community to support everyone’s right, no matter their ability, to engage in sport. (Click here)
We have also supported Kelda Wood on her amazing challenge of rowing across the Atlantic as well as creating a showcase video for The Little Rascals Foundation, which help support families of Children with disabilities. (Click here)

The vast majority of jobs are down to our client’s brief and specification, but having the opportunity to create films that showcase what great work is going on in our own community is truly humbling and we are very proud to support these charities.
Our task now is to make our eleventh year another one to remember. Thank you all to everyone who has been involved in our 2017. We are truly privileged to work with so many fantastic organisations and wonderful people and we very much look forward to working with you in 2018.
